Mentorship and Training

Our university student volunteers provide peer mentorship and short training sessions to high school girls on choosing academic majors and learning about MIS.

Sample contributions: coordinating school visits, mentor–mentee matching, preparing training modules/presentations, facilitating workshops, collecting feedback, and measuring impact.

Social Events and Activities

Plans gatherings, panels, and special day events that strengthen the sense of community; manages content, logistics, and sponsor coordination.

Sample contributions: coordinating event flow and speakers, planning venue/catering, and managing budget and sponsorship support.

Online Account Management

Builds a consistent tone and visual identity across Instagram, LinkedIn, and the website; manages the content calendar and performance reporting.

Sample contributions: producing posts–reels–stories, creating visuals and copywriting, and preparing monthly engagement reports.

Alumni Relations

Strengthens communication and collaboration with alumni to maintain long-term engagement through digital channels and community events.

Sample contributions: alumni database management, interview and story series preparation, organizing alumni panels, and fostering mentorship connections.

Projects and Research

Prepares project proposals for national and international funding programs; coordinates call tracking and application writing.
 Sample contributions: call/eligibility analysis, drafting project ideas and work packages, managing consortium–stakeholder communication, preparing budget and timeline (Gantt), and writing application files and impact plans.
